Students, teenagers, and young adults experience unique stress and demands on their life.
Stress and emotional dysregulation can leave students feeling overwhelmed, burned out, isolated, anxious, and unclear about the future. Research shows that this not only impacts mental health, but can hinder academic, athletic, and artistic performance. I have worked with students throughout my career in a variety of settings, and understand their specific challenges, needs, and strengths. I am also a Mom of two students (high school and college).
Wellness coaching is grounded in the field of positive psychology (the science of flourishing), and can improve student wellbeing with science-backed tools to manage and reduce stress, prevent burnout, and cultivate more positive emotions, vitality, and balance.

Most people haven’t been taught the tools for managing stress and regulating their emotions, which can make them feel overwhelmed, isolated, and stuck. But reducing stress and improving emotional health is a life-changing skill that you can learn.
